Broadacre
SwarmFarm Robotics is transforming broadacre farming with its autonomous SwarmBot platform.
Designed for large-scale operations, SwarmBots work continuously in the field, helping growers streamline operations, improve efficiency and dramatically reduce herbicide use through targeted spot spraying.
By combining SwarmFarm’s autonomous capability with WEED-IT’s advanced optical spot-spraying technology, grain growers can achieve highly targeted weed control while minimising chemical waste and input costs.
SwarmFarm currently integrates with several sprayer manufacturers to ensure the boom stability required for accurate weed detection and application, including Hayes Spraying and Calibre Sprayers.
Horticulture
In horticulture, Agri Automation (AME Australia) and Burro robots are bringing automation to horticultural orchards and vegetable production.
Agri Automation’s Burro platform, combined with WEED-IT technology, supports precise spraying workflows, improving efficiency and resource management in high-value cropping systems.
