Over a decade ago through a relationship with engineering colleague Hans Ijken and Rometron's Roel de Jonge our MD Brendan Williams brought the first WEED-IT sensor into Australia. The application of this cutting edge technology to broadacre cropping has since revolutionised spot spraying in Australia saving farmers up to 90 % of chemical.
Fast forward to 2023 and our passion for WEED-IT technology couldn't be stronger. We love bringing the WEED-IT technology from Steenderen, The Netherlands to our boomspray manufacturers and dealers. Working with them to ensure the end users, Australian farmers get the very best out of the technology and that it is customised to their unique farming situations.
Dealing directly with the team in the Netherlands involves constant two way communication ensuring the needs of the farmers down under remain front and centre of everything we discuss, decide and do. Once on Australian soil we are fulfilling our mission of bringing the WEED-IT technology to farmers on exceptional boom sprays through our valued partnerships with OEM's Hayes Spraying, Agtronics Goondiwindi and Calibre Spraying, and selected dealers offering retrofit options on suitable sprayers.
